The Burning of the Westfold is an expansion to the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game that provides a series of linked Narrative Scenarios and engaging hobby content, allowing fans to recreate some of the most iconic battles the Rohirrim engaged in during the War of the Ring. Will you ride alongside Théoden as he leads the Riders of Rohan into battle for death and glory, or will you side with the forces of darkness that seek to bring ruin to Rohan and see the kingdom of the horse lords laid low under the relentless march of war?
Stake your claim on Rohan, defend your territories, or raid and burn the villages. This softback supplement includes 11 linked scenarios that allow you to recreate the battles from the movies, as well as loads of hobby tutorials to inspire your collection.
This 48-page softback supplement contains:
– A linked campaign of 11 detailed Narrative Scenarios, allowing you to recreate key moments from The Lord of the Rings™: Motion Picture Trilogy
– A guide to creating settlements using the Rohan House kit
– Multi-stage painting guides on how to paint four different colours of horse
– Step-by-step hobby tutorials for creating the Plains of Rohan and the Fords of Isen
You will need a copy of the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game Rules Manual, and Armies of The Lord of the Rings™, both available separately, to make full use of this gaming supplement.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
